Susan Marquez | Founder & Owner
Over twenty five years ago, I graduated with a bachelors degree in Physical Therapy Health Science from Florida International University. I am Neurodevelopmentally trained, certified in pediatrics and presently taking the advance course for adults as well as pursuing a doctorate degree at Nova University.
Back in 1999, I provided physical therapy services at children’s homes through Early Steps, CDTC. Traveling house-to-house, I realized that most of my pediatric patients could not enjoy the outdoors due to health-related reasons. I then began to work on the idea of sharing the outdoor experience with all children in a safe indoor outpatient facility. After six months of construction, our doors opened on the spring of 2003.
With our family-friendly facility, our team of specialists provides bilingual Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in addition to psychology and tutoring services. It has been my mission to provide highly qualified treatment with a passion to challenge our research-based rehabilitation skills. Our talented and caring staff welcomes all cultures and ethnicities with open arms.

Susan and the entire team at A+ Therapy are not only incredible professionals but they also have an amazingly positive attitude. They know how to make a baby smile and see their therapy as fun, while teaching the parents how to best continue practicing at home. Their compassionate care along with boot-camp style sessions helped our daughter learn to crawl, stand and walk within a few weeks and we are forever grateful for every minute we spent at A+.
